HOW LONG IS YOUR TURN AROUND?
Our current turn around times differ for different products but generally as follows:
Cards and prints around 3-4 days.
Custom card and print designs around 1 week.
Clothing depending on stock 1-3 weeks.
Decorations and acrylic items 1-2 weeks.
Please note: these timescales are a guide that I try my very best to stick to, however this is not always possible due to numerous different reasons and many that are out with my control. I try my hardest to get your orders out quicker than my timescales.
WHEN WILL I RECIEVE MY ORDER?
Once I have dispatched products, usually times are as follows;
1st Class - 1-2 Days 2nd Class 3-4 Days.
These delivery times are via Royal Mail and unfortunately I cannot give you an exact delivery day or time.
I also have no power over Royal Mail deliveries during strike action or busy periods.
